3xxw Terms and Conditions

3xxw (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document serves as a legal agreement between the platform and the user.

Using 3xxw's website, mobile version and any related digital services means you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3xxw treats age verification as its highest priority. After registration or at any time, the platform may request the following documents to verify your age and identity:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (including Driving License)

Withdrawal access on your account may be limited until verification is complete. If found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

It is your responsibility to keep your 3xxw account login details, password and any security codes completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity on the account, even in the event of unauthorized use by a third party.

• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3xxw may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected and may request additional verification.

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 3xxw is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits must be made from your own registered account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own verified payment method.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If you wish to withdraw while an active bonus is in place, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be fulfilled.

5.3 Transaction Verification

3xxw reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal transaction to prevent money laundering and ensure financial security. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions and the transaction may be temporarily held if necessary.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration. Eligibility requirements for receiving the bonus must be met.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a total wager of 15 times the bonus amount must be placed (Wagering Requirement: 15x). For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus applies once per account unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only winnings are withdrawable.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 3xxw reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

7.1 Betting Limits

3xxw sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and event. These limits will be displayed directly in the game interface. The platform reserves the right to change these limits as needed.

7.2 Betting Regulations

• Placing bets on a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after the result has been announced.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 3xxw reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned, the staked amount is generally refunded.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. Odds may change before the outcome of a bet is confirmed. 3xxw reserves the right to make any changes to live betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3xxw:

• Operating an account through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Hacking the platform's systems or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other players.
• Abusive or aggressive behavior toward platform staff.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.

9.1 Platform Actions

3xxw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Registering with false information.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

3xxw accepts no liability for the following:

• Sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by disruption to third-party services such as payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from your account being used by an unauthorized person.
• Data loss caused by reasons outside the platform.
